St. Anthony Public School adheres to the philosophy of improvement, even in the troublesome child, through counseling and corrective measures and discourages any kind of corporal punishment.

The members of the St. Anthony Public School staff keep a keen vigil on the behaviour, manner and activities of each child. When they detect something unusual and disagreeing characteristic in a child they try to correct him taking recourse more to psychological ways. The St. Anthony Public School children are divided into four Houses with a view to creating a healthy competitive spirit in them. The School also has a six-student team comprising the School Captain, the Vice Captain and one office bearer from each of the houses to monitor the discipline among the students in the campus. In extreme cases the members of this team report the matter to the Principal or the Housemasters/Housemistress.
